Leveling with rank cards, level-up cards and role rewards

XP for chatting, image rank and level-up cards, a leaderboard and reward roles.

Members earn XP for chatting, a random amount per message at most once per cooldown (15 to 25 XP every 60 seconds by default), so spamming earns nothing extra. You can leave channels and roles out of it.

.rank shows an image card with the member's avatar, level, XP bar and place on the leaderboard; .leaderboard lists the top members. Each level-up posts your message with a level-up card, in the channel the member chatted in, in one announcement channel, or not at all.

Reward roles are handed out at the levels you choose, and you decide whether members keep lower rewards or swap them for the new one. The cards follow the server's card style: pick a preset, an accent colour or a background image.

Streaks count the days in a row a member chats or spends time in voice, and badges mark milestones such as a 7-day streak, top chatter, voice regular, top inviter or a year in the server. Both show on the rank card, .streak shows them in full and .streak top ranks the longest streaks. A streak role can follow the streak, for example Dedicated at 7 days.

Connect your server, open a chat and describe what you want. For example:

.rank [member]: Show a rank card with level, XP and position on the leaderboard.
.leaderboard [page]: The members with the most XP in this server, 10 per page.
.streak [member|top]: Days active in a row and earned badges, or the longest streaks with top.

Questions

What Discord bot has rank cards?

Modu shows an image rank card with .rank and posts a level-up card when members level up, styled to match the server.

Can members get a role at a certain level?

Yes. Add reward roles for any level; the bot gives them automatically and can replace or keep lower rewards.

Can I stop level-ups from spamming chat?

Yes. Post them in one channel of your choice, or turn announcements off and keep only the XP and cards.

How do streaks work?

A day counts when a member sends a message or spends time in voice (days are UTC). Missing a whole day ends the streak; today still being quiet does not, until the day is over.
