AI Discord server builder
Build your Discord server with AI
Modu is an AI Discord server builder. Describe your community in a sentence, or pick a template, and its AI agent plans the categories, channels, roles and permission overwrites, shows you the plan, and builds the server in your real Discord through Discord's API. Then it sets up the bot features the server needs, like welcome messages, tickets, leveling and automod.
How the AI builds a server
- 1
Sign in and add the bot
Continue with Discord on modu.ubits.tech and add Modu in one click to a server where you hold Manage Server or Administrator. It can be a brand-new empty server or one you already run.
- 2
Start a plan
The AI agent is in every paid plan, starting with Starter. You can change or cancel it any time.
- 3
Describe the server, or pick a template
Say what the community is for and who it is for, and mention the rooms, roles and rules you want. Or start from a template and ask for changes.
- 4
Review the plan
The agent reads the live server and lists every operation it will run: each category, channel, role and permission overwrite. Anything destructive waits for your approval.
- 5
Build, then add the features
Approve and it builds the server through Discord's API. In the same chat, ask for welcome messages, tickets, leveling, role menus or automod.
- 6
Audit the result
Ask for an audit: it returns a health score and fixes, such as staff channels @everyone can read or roles holding Administrator.
Describe it like this
- “Build a gaming clan server with LFG channels, voice rooms and a member role”
- “Set up a professional developer community with rules, roles and a staff area”
- “Make a study group server with subject channels, a question channel and quiet voice rooms”
- “Add a staff category only moderators can see”
- “Create a support server with a ticket panel and a private staff channel”
Or start from a template
Each template is a starting plan you can change in the chat before anything is built.

Built safely
- You see the plan first. Additive changes run straight away; anything destructive always waits for your approval.
- The AI never gets raw access to Discord: it can only call typed operations that re-check every channel and role against your server.
- It refuses to create Administrator roles and stays below the bot's own place in the role list.
- Every change is written to an execution history, and reversible changes undo in one click.
Questions
Is there an AI that builds a Discord server for you?
Yes. Modu is an AI Discord server builder: describe the server or pick a template, and its agent creates the categories, channels, roles and permission overwrites in your real server, after you review the plan.
Can it build into a server I already have?
Yes. The agent reads the live server each time, so it builds on what is already there instead of starting over, and later requests build on earlier ones.
Will it delete my existing channels?
Not without asking. Deletions and other destructive operations are always held for approval that names each operation, whatever your settings are.
Is the AI Discord server builder free?
No. The builder is part of every paid plan, from $9 a month (Starter, 400 AI credits). A whole-server build uses more credits than a typical request. Modu's free tier lists one server on Discover with .bump every 2 hours. Discord's own server templates are free, but they copy a fixed layout into a new server and do not set up bots.
How is this different from a Discord server template?
A template link copies one fixed layout into a new server. Modu plans the server from your description, works in an existing server too, sets permissions per role, configures the bot's features in the same chat, and can undo reversible changes.
Can I undo what it built?
Yes, for everything Discord allows to be reversed: created channels and roles, renames, permission overwrites, setting changes and posted messages. Deleted channels, roles and messages cannot be restored by any Discord API, and the plan says so before you approve.
