Support tickets in private Discord channels
A button panel that opens a private support channel, visible only to the member and your staff.
Modu posts a ticket panel with a button in the channel you choose. When a member presses it, they get a private channel that only they and your staff roles can see, so support conversations stay out of public channels.
When the problem is solved, the ticket is closed with a button and a transcript is kept. An optional log channel records every ticket that is opened and closed, and you can list open tickets from the dashboard or by asking the agent.
The panel's title and text are yours to write, and the agent can set the whole thing up, including the staff roles and log channel, from one sentence.
What you get
- Button panel with your own title and description
- One private channel per ticket, for the member and staff roles
- Close button with a transcript kept
- Optional ticket log channel
- See open tickets in the dashboard
Set it up by asking
Connect your server, open a chat and describe what you want. For example:
- “Create a ticket system for support with a private staff channel”
- “Post a ticket panel in #help that Moderators and Support can answer”
- “Show me the open tickets”
Questions
How do I make a ticket system in Discord?
Ask Modu to set up tickets, or use the dashboard: pick the panel channel and staff roles, and it posts a button that opens a private channel per ticket.
Can members see other people's tickets?
No. Each ticket channel is visible only to the member who opened it and the staff roles you chose.
Are ticket conversations saved?
Yes. A transcript is kept when a ticket is closed, and an optional log channel records every ticket.
