How to set up a gaming Discord server
Start from Modu's gaming clan template or describe your community: it creates LFG and game channels, join-to-create voice rooms, member and game roles with a role menu, and turns on leveling, giveaways and moderation, all in one chat you approve.

Step by step
- 1
Sign in and add the bot
Go to modu.ubits.tech, continue with Discord, and add Modu to your server in one click. Adding it with Administrator lets every feature work without asking for permissions again; Modu's tools still never create or grant Administrator roles.
- 2
Start a plan
The AI agent and every bot feature are in every paid plan, starting with Starter. Pick one on the pricing page; you can change or cancel it any time.
- 3
Build the structure
Say "Build a gaming clan server with LFG channels, voice rooms and a member role", or pick the gaming clan template.
- 4
Add voice and roles
Ask for a join-to-create voice channel (VoiceMaster) so members get their own rooms, and a role menu for the games you play.
- 5
Keep it lively
Turn on leveling with rank cards and run giveaways; list the server on Discover so new players can find it.
What to ask Modu
- “Build a gaming clan server with LFG channels and voice rooms”
- “Make a join-to-create voice channel”
- “Start a giveaway for Nitro that runs for 24 hours”
Tips
- A game-ping role menu lets members opt in to the games they play instead of everyone being pinged.
Questions
What is join-to-create voice?
Members join one voice channel and get their own temporary room, which they can rename, limit and lock from a button panel. It is deleted when empty.
